Do I need to keep recording?
Your initial footage and voice recordings establish the clone. You still provide direction and approve the content. Updated source material may be needed if your look, voice or requirements change.
Can I order fewer than 20 videos?
Yes. We offer custom monthly quantities, including 5 videos. Smaller plans receive their own quote, rather than a fixed per-video calculation from the 20-video plan.
What do revisions include?
Revisions until the agreed brief is met and you’re happy with the result. New concepts, changes to an approved script, or requests outside the original brief are quoted separately.
Can I supply my own scripts?
Yes. Scripting is included, but you can provide your own. Either way, you approve the message before we produce the videos.
How does the trial credit work?
You pay for a custom trial reel upfront at a price agreed before production. If you continue, that payment is deducted from your first monthly plan, including a smaller custom plan. The exact trial scope and credit terms are confirmed with you before payment.
Can you clone someone else?
Only with that person’s explicit permission. Before sharing someone’s footage or voice recordings, make sure they have agreed to their use. We’ll discuss the permissions and handling of your source material before setup.
When will my videos be ready?
We agree on a delivery schedule after reviewing your source material, video quantity and editing requirements. Your enquiry helps us recommend a realistic plan.
